Part 1 of 2 of both my mother's day gift to my wonderful Mum, ~LisaJayne, and my Watermedia final project. I chose the theme of birds. I love the birds outside my window... they just have to be painted, i can't resist. Blue jays may be slightly rude birds, but I love them all the same. Of course, i can say the same about some humans I know.

That's both water and sky in the background. The camera does murderous things to watercolor details.
